- All Single A (1A) finalists at the 2006 and 2007 World Yo-Yo Contests.
- All Regional Single A (1A) qualifiers for the 2007 or 2008 National Yo-Yo Contest.
- All Single A (1A) finalists at the 2006 National Yo-Yo Contest.
- All previous World or National Single A (1A) Champions.
Note that all unseeded foreign contestants will start in Round #2 - therefore this list comprises only US players who will start in Round #2.
If you are not on this list and are a US player that should be because of a past contest placing please email us at seeds@pd.net before July 18th.
NOTE: These are players that would be qualified if they choose to compete at the 2008 World Yo-Yo Contest. This does not mean the player is registered - only that they would be placed in group #2 because of a past contest placement.
