The Rosen Plaza Hotel

The 2002 World Yo-Yo Contest will be held in the Rosen Plaza Hotel The competition will be held in the hotel in their convention center. The event site will be open 24 hours a day, starting 5pm on Thursday evening and ending on Sunday at about 5pm. We encourage staying at this hotel to enjoy the event to it's fullest, as it's not going to stop all weekend. There are 24 hour resturants in this hotel and a varity of recreational activities. It is also convient to all of the Orlando tourist attractions.

The Convention rate is $85.00/night per room, for up to 4 occupancy. Reservations can currently be made only by phone to 1-800-627-8258. Just ask for the World Yo-Yo Contest convention rate.

The Quality Inn Plaza Hotel

The Rosen Plaza is running out of rooms, if they can not help you we have worked out another event hotel that is very close. The Quality Inn Plaza is about a 10 minute walk from the Rosen Plaza Hotel. Rooms are a little smaller but are only $79.00 per night. There is no on-line booking information at this time

Attraction Discounts.

We have negotiated some very good discounts for a few of the major attractions in Orlando. 2002 World Yo-Yo Contest attendees can get these discounts at the ticket counter at the Rozen Plaza Hotel. These discounts will not be available at the park gate.
