I'm sorry it has taken this long to get the WYYC site up. A lot will happen fast now so check back. 
A few updates:
 
1. The BBQ this year will be free to attend and the food there (this year hot-dogs and hamburgers) will be free with a donation to the event charity. We're still choosing the charity in question. We plan to have a DJ there, and we are hoping to have bus service this year.
2. It looks like we will have a midnight sneek preview on Friday Night. After freestyles we will be showing "World on a String" The documentary filmed at the 2010 WYYC.
3. We have plans for the Iron Mod contest. More to come on this later.
Hotel booking:
Some people have told me that the hotel looks to be sold out. This is not true. Our discounted block is not sold out, but it is going fast. There was a problem at the hotel end. We now have a working hotel registration system, please check the top of this page.
Event Registration:
More issues here. We lost a lot of data in the migration from the computer we used last year. Some of you had a lot of issues with it, and the move has not been better than that. We should have it up in the next day, my fingers are crossed.
Music:
We are really going to try and get music upload working this year for preliminaries. In any event, always bring 2 copies on CD of your music just in case. Compress your music on the lowest setting possible.
